As the CEO of sales solutions company Cydcor, Gary Polson has tripled the company’s revenue. Under his leadership, Cydcor has also become recognized as a positive place to work, cited as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for two years in a row. Cydcor has also been recognized within its industry as “…being the most respected sales outsourcing company in the world” by Datamonitor’s 2009 Black Book of Outsourcing survey.

Gary Polson has crafted the culture of Cydcor to emphasize volunteerism, and Cydcor’s philanthropic ventures are a direct reflection of this commitment. Cydcor employees have the opportunity to have a paid volunteer day, and Cydcor has sponsored a Neighborhood Leaders Program in all of nearly all of its 200 offices. Cydcor emphasizes community outreach into meetings and events. Through its Neighborhood Leaders Program, Cydcor has supported more than a dozen charities. Cydcor community have also given vital support to the Massachusetts Special Olympics, Miami and Ohio Habitat for Humanity, Project Bread in Mass, Boys & Girls Club of Venice Beach, Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, March of Dimes, Corazon a Corazon, Philabundance (NJ Food Bank), and Cattyshack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary.
